1,How To Make An Order From HotSaleWear?

Here are some step-by-step instructions to help you make an order from HotSaleWear:

1- Register with HotSaleWear for free.

2- Log in your HotSaleWear account.

3- Search or browse products, And if you wish to buy them, type a number in the quantity box and click "Add to cart". You can add just one piece item if you want. You can remove them later or adjust the quantities if you change your mind.Products you've added to your shopping cart are saved there while you looking at more items. Your cart is even saved for next time if you log out or accidentally close your browser.

4- If you want to find out the total price including shipping, click "Estimate Shipping Costs" in the shopping cart page.

5.- The first checkout page is "address book",you can edit you billing address or change shipping address. e.g. to an different dropship address.

6.- we offer free shipping for all the items you want,you can not choose shipping methods,all the items will be shipped by post service.On the same webpage you can also choose the payment method you prefer.In the textbox"Special Instructions Or Comments",You can add special request for your order. e.g. the declared value of the package that you wish for customs purposes.

7.- If you choose Credit Card,You can click Credit Card link to pay for your order directly;If you do not want to pay it now,You can click"Place An Order"to make an order first and pay it later.You will receive an email confirming your order information.

We will begin processing your order when payment is received. After we send out your order,We will email you the tracking number and tracking links to your registered email address.

 

2.Does HotSaleWear have MOQ?


HotSaleWear has no minimum order quantity, and we can ship single item samples or large orders worldwide.

 

3.what payment methods we accept?


we accept Credit Card,wire transfer,western union,moneygram as payment methods.

Credit Card: You can pay money directly to us in our shopping system
For other payment methods,pls contact our sales representative.


 

4.After Payment,How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?


During the process of purchase, you should receive several emails from us. There will be an email confirming your order information,and we will also email you the tracking number after we ship out your order.

5.If I want to order some products,what should i do?


Please place orders using our online shop system for products you like.It is also very easy to register with HotSaleWear and start ordering right away.

You need to register with HotSaleWear before placeing orders.

Any products added to your online cart remain there until you remove them, or check them out.

Otherwise,If you are wholesalor,you can make order to our sales representatives.

 

6.Some tips buyer should pay attention to.


When you sign up for a HotSaleWear account you are indicating that you agree to the policies and terms we've published in our online Knowledgebase.

Here are some of the most important information that you must be aware of before you place orders:

- HotSaleWear sends goods to you from China. As such, you (or the consignee) are IMPORTING. In many countries this means you will be liable for import duties and other taxes. It's your responsibility to find out about this, and your responsibility to pay the taxes/charges on receipt of the items. Dropshippers: please inform your customers about this in advance.

- Generally most of the couriers can not deliver to PO box.So please offer us an street address.

- You need a valid phone number in your account. Dropshippers - please provide your customer's phone number for the courier to use.

- Take note of the *sensor* megapixel rating on digital cameras, not the "interpolated" rating.

- We strongly recommend you order samples before proceeding with large wholesale orders.

- All our products are covered by our 12 month warranty.

- Customers need to return faulty items to us in China. Sometimes the returning shipping cost is refundable if we find a mistake was made by us. The cost of shipping replacement products is covered by HotSaleWear.

7.Could i return the goods?


yes,But you should mail us all the proofs which will show the problems of the products you got from us.

If You can not prove that is our fault,we will not refund all the money.

 

8.How to refund a product?


Several conditions must be met before HotSaleWear will refund an item. We also offer partial refunds if conditions for a full refund is not met. Also note that some of our items are non-refundable. You should also call our Customer Support Hot-line and one of our customer representatives will be glad to clarify for you. We only allow a complete refund for items that have problems caused by HotSaleWear. This means that damaged items not caused by HotSaleWear cannot warrant a full refund. If the returning package doesn't include all the accessories and parts it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and can only warrant a partial refund.
